This award targets establishments that are based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or operate at least 50% of their business within the Kingdom and have excelled in value engineering. Prime contractors, subcontractors, project managers, engineering consulting firms, and project design and implementation contractors are eligible to apply for the Value Engineering Excellence Award as applicants must have demonstrated cost savings, quality improvements or sustainability enhancements through innovative value engineering solutions.
